1. Open tblbookings.xls saved previously.
2. Adjust columns if required
3. Insert a column between AgeRange and HolType and in M1 type Age.
4. In cell T1 add a lookup table
Age Range Lookup 18-29 30-45 46-60 Over 60 5. Name this range of cells AgeRangeLookup
6. In M1 click the fx insert function button and choose VLOOKUP
7. Complete the lookup formula to show the age range.
8. Copy the formula down.
9. Repeat and create a similar look up for Holtype
Holiday Lookup 1 Activity 2 Beach 3 Cruise 10. Add another column before Date and add the heading Amount.
11. Add a formula to calculate the product of Cost and Group in R1 and duplicate down.
12 Add an Autosum to P28 and R28 and Grand Total in Q28 and Average in Q29.
Type the formula =AVERAGE(R2:R27) in R29. Note the average. Type zeros in R27 and R28 and note any change.
